Corn Salad

Serves: 4
- 1 (15 oz) cans corn, drained
- 1 cups grated cheese (I use Mexican Blend)
- ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup Chili-Cheese Frito's
- Toss all ingredients except the Frito's in a medium size bowl.
- When you're ready to serve, toss in the Frito's, stir, and serve.
