Cajun Chicken Pasta

- 1½ lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast halves cut into bite size pieces
- 4 tsp. Cajun seasoning (I used

- 4 tbs. Olive Oil
- 2 cups heavy cream (more if needed)
- ½ tsp. dried basil
- ½ tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. freshly-ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 box Penne pasta
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook pasta as directed.
- While the pasta is cooking, place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a bowl and coat evenly.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, saute chicken in olive oil until almost tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Reduce heat.
- Add cream and seasoning; heat through.
- Add pasta and toss; heat through.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese
