Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9x13 baking pan and set aside.
Blend flour, sugar, and baking powder, salt, with butter using an electric mixer. Add 1 egg and blend until mixed through. Press this mixture into baking pan evenly and place in fridge.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and 2 eggs until light and fluffy. Remove pan from fridge and pour this mixture over the bottom crust layer.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes until edges are golden brown.
Cool for a minimum of 30 minutes. Then cut and serve.
