Ingredients
  • ¼ cup granulated white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • refrigerated croissants or biscuits or homemade dough
  • 1-2 cups of oil
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large pan to medium high heat.
  2. Mix together the sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
  3. Roll out dough and cut into strips.
  4. When the oil is hot, carefully put several strips of dough in. Make sure they're not to crowd the pan.
  5. Flip the strips to allow them to cook on the other side.
  6. Each strip should be done after about a minute. (30 seconds on each side).
  7. Roll hot strips in cinnamon-sugar mix and serve warm.
