Buffalo Chicken Meatballs {Crockpot}
Total time
Author: Lysha @ A Camera & A Cookbook
Recipe type: Appetizer
Cuisine: American
Serves: 25
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- ¾ cup Panko bread crumbs
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup buffalo sauce - I like Moore's because it's not overly spicy hot.
- ¼ cup ranch/blue cheese dressing
- In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, Panko bread crumbs , garlic and onion powder, and egg.
- Roll the mixture into ping pong size ball (about 1¼ inch). Should make about 25 meatballs.
- Place meatballs in crockpot. Add buffalo sauce and toss carefully to ensure they are totally coated.
- Put the cover on and cook on low heat for 2 hours.
Serve with celery/carrots and Ranch or Blue Cheese if desired.
TIP: You can make these ahead of time and freeze. Just double the cooking time (total 4 hours on low) to ensure they are cooked through.
