Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can spicy chili beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 16 oz. corn (drained)
  • 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • ⅓ cup of taco seasoning
  • 3 cups of shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 3 cups of crushed tortilla chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Brown beef and onion in large skillet on medium heat. Drain grease and add beans, corn, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning. Stir. Simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. Pour half of beef mixture into baking dish. Top with 1½ cups of cheese and crushed chips. Top with the rest of beef mixture. Finish off with the rest of the cheese and chips.
  4. Bake for about 25 minutes.
