Pecan Pie Bars

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup butter
- 1½ cups chopped pecans
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice from concentrate
- Cool Whip for topping (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In medium-sized bowl, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly.
- Press mixture on bottom of non-greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine pecans, condensed milk, eggs and lemon juice; pour over crust. Bake 25 minutes or until filling is set.
- Cool. Cut into bars. Store covered at room temperature.
