Recipe type: Dessert
Cuisine: American
Serves: 16
  • 2 can crescent rolls
  • 4-5 yellow peaches
  • ¾ stick butter
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup of dark brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup of sugar
  • ¼ cup of Mountain Dew or Sprite
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Peel peaches and cut in to small bite size pieces.
  3. Spray 9x13 pan (or any semi-deep baking pan) with non-stick spray.
  4. I had some extra peach pieces, so I just sprinkled those on the pan among the rolls.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in both types of sugar and cinnamon. Allow to simmer on medium heat and whisk gently.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Wrap 3-4 pieces of peach in each crescent roll.
  8. Pour butter mixture over rolls evenly.
  9. Then, pour Mountain Dew over rolls evenly.
  10. Place in oven and cook for 30 minutes. When golden brown, remove from oven. Remove each roll from pan and place them on a cooling rack.
I love these Peach Cobbler Dumplins for anytime of the year. If it's not summer, you can always use canned peaches!
