Gluten Free Oatmeal Cheerios Bars & Paypal Giveaway

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 3 cups of Gluten Free cheerios - I used Honey Nut
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- 1 6 oz. bag dried fruit, chopped - I used peaches
- ⅓ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 2 tbs. vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Melt coconut oil by measuring it out into a bowl and place in microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Stir in honey and vanilla.
- Add in dry ingredients and with spoons or hands until thoroughly distributed.
- Press ingredients into a small cookie sheet.
- Put in oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove, let cool, and cut into bars. Store in ziplock bags in the fridge.
