Cornbread Waffles

- ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup yellow cornmeal
- 3 tbs granulated sugar
- 1 tbs baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and stir until evenly distributed.
- Carefully whisk in the vegetable oil, egg, and milk until the lumps disappear.
- Make sure your waffle is preheated and ready. Spray with nonstick spray. Then, pour about half of mixture, close and allow it to cook.
