Hawaiian Chicken Marinade

Serves: 4 cups
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ⅔ cup sherry (not cooking sherry)
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- ¼ cup cider vinegar
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ⅔ teaspoon garlic powder
- Combine all ingredients; Marinate chicken for for 36 to 72 hours.
