Hash Brown Casserole

- 1 package 26 oz. frozen hash browns
- 2 cups shredded Colby cheese
- ¼ cup minced onion
- ½ cup beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Mince the onions.
- In a large bowl, combine the frozen hash browns, cheese, and onions and mix well.
- Combine the milk, beef stock, melted butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper in another bowl.
- Pour the milk mixture over the hash browns and mix well!
- In a large skillet or pan, cook until the cheese is melted. Stir to ensure that it melts evenly.
- Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until the hash browns are golden brown.
