Philly Cheesesteak Roll-Ups

  • 1 lb. steak
  • 1 small chopped onion, diced or cut into strips
  • 1 small chopped green bell pepper, diced or cut into strips
  • 4 tbs.
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ lb. grated provolone or mozzarella or swiss cheese
  • 1 pkg. (14 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust (I used my homemade dough)
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Brown steak with Worcestershire, onions, and bell peppers in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Put to the side.
  3. Roll out dough and cut into rectangles.
  4. Place a few pieces of meat, onion, and pepper on each piece of dough.
  5. Roll up and place them seam-side down.
  6. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown.
