Philly Cheesesteak Roll-Ups

- 1 lb. steak
- 1 small chopped onion, diced or cut into strips
- 1 small chopped green bell pepper, diced or cut into strips
- 4 tbs.
- Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ lb. grated provolone or mozzarella or swiss cheese
- 1 pkg. (14 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust (I used my homemade dough)
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Brown steak with Worcestershire, onions, and bell peppers in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Put to the side.
- Roll out dough and cut into rectangles.
- Place a few pieces of meat, onion, and pepper on each piece of dough.
- Roll up and place them seam-side down.
- Bake 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown.
