Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
Mix cake mix and baking powder in large bowl.
In a small bowl mix together eggs, oil, and vanilla with a whisk.
Slowly add wet mixture into cake mix and mix until there is no dry cake mixture left.
Once batter is evenly mixed, fold in chocolate chips.
Roll batter into golf ball size dough balls. Place evenly on cookie sheet. Make sure they're not too close together.
Bake for 10 minutes. Do not allow them to get brown. Take them out and let them cool for 5 minutes. Then remove from sheet and place on wire rack or wax paper and allow to cool.
