Welcome to the 12 Days of Christmas {Treats}! Today is Day 5 of our 12 Days of Christmas treats and we're sharing a simple recipe for Nutella Pumpkin Bites. These are not overly sweet and they are not overly pumpkin-flavored either. I'm not a huge fan of pumpkin spice, so I don't include that in my pumpkin recipes. Give these a try for your next Christmas party! Servings: 24 Prep Time: 5 minutes + 30 minutes to chill Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Author: Lysha @ A Camera & A Cookbook
Recipe type: Appetizer
Serves: 24
Ingredients
1 cup of Nutella
⅓ cup of pumpkin pure
½ cup of confectioner's sugar
crescent rolls or homemade dough
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Roll out the dough or crescent rolls. If there are any gaps in the dough, be sure to smooth it out, so there are no holes.
Mix together the 1st three ingredients with a hand blender.
Spread over dough and then roll.
After you've rolled the dough and you have what is hopefully a pretty spiral on each end, stick them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Take them out and cut them to 1-2 pieces.
Bake for 15 minutes.
