Sweet And Sour Pork

Although, I’m not a huge fan of sweet and sour entrés at Chinese restaurants usually, this one caught my attention while I was looking for new recipes the other day. I wanted to give it a try, because it’s very different from my normal meals.

I’m not always a fan of pre-made sauces, but I wanted something easy that didn’t need a ton of different ingredients just for the sauce. I was happy with the way it turned out.
