The other night, I had some cooked bacon that I needed to use before it went bad. I also had some homemade dough in the fridge, so this homemade bacon pizza came to mind. It turned out amazingly! Who doesn’t bacon? Who doesn’t love bacon? I put this pizza down, turned around to get a drink, and there were just 2 pieces left! Next time, I’ll know to make a double batch.

Who doesn't love pizza?  And who doesn't love bacon?  Well why not put them together in a  homemade bacon pizza.  Delicious!Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
Fresh dough or refrigerated dough
1 jar of pizza sauce (I use homemade sauce)
3 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
8 pieces of finely chopped cooked bacon

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Roll out dough.
3. Place on pizza pan after spraying with non-stick spray.
4. Pour sauce on pizza and spread evenly with spoon.
5. Spread about a cup of cheese over sauce.
6. Spread about the bacon over the pizza.
7. Spread the rest of the cheese evenly.
8. Bake for about 30 minutes.
