Museum Of Idaho
If you find yourself in the downtown area, the Museum of Idaho is home to more than 25,000 artifacts relating to the cultural importance of the state, to its history and also its biology.
The museum attracts more than 100,000 visitors every year and is known for its in-depth information and rotating exhibits. There are a few permanent exhibits at the museum, and they display a one-room schoolhouse, the adventures of Lewis & Clark and the most popular feature is about the original inhabitants of Idaho.
The museum is incredibly popular with children, but from time to time, they display an adults-only series that also seems to draw a lot of attention.
Yellowstone National Park
No list about Idaho Falls would be complete without talking about the glorious and world-famous Yellowstone National Park. Yellowstone is known for its hot springs, geysers and an ever-growing herd of bison and it’s probably the most popular national park in the United States.

East Idaho Aquarium
Founded in 2013, this non-profit organization is one of the best places to visit in Idaho. The East Idaho Aquarium has some incredible hands-on exhibits related to both aquatic and non-aquatic ecosystems.
Some incredible exhibits are permanently on show at the aquarium, but the favorite among frequent visitors is the shark tank.
The aquarium also offers the opportunity to get up close and personal with some bearded dragons, stingrays and giant river fish. There are some fantastic shows throughout the week for kids to enjoy, such as the mermaid show and animal encounters.
